Anise Koltz avec nous

Inauguration de la salle

neimënster

When and where

The poets Nic Klecker, Edmond Dune and José Ensch live among us, thanks to their texts, but also because every day dozens, even hundreds of visitors to neimënster pronounce their names on their way to the rooms that bear them. Anise Koltz in turn sees her name given to a room in this Abbey that she frequented a lot to intervene or to attend an event. He will forever be linked to this familiar place that neimënster was for her. On the occasion of the inauguration of the Anise Koltz room, an evening will be organized in tribute to this great lady of letters. With Guy Goffette (Grand Prize for Poetry from the French Academy 2001, Goncourt for Poetry 2010) and Lambert Schlechter (Servais Prize 2007, Batty Weber Prize 2014) and musical supervision provided by harpsichordist Anne Galowich. An exhibition of 23 small watercolors by Jean Jacques Laigre on verses from the collection Somnambule du jour and some archival documents will complete the environment of the evening. Anise Koltz has authored around fifty collections which have been translated into a dozen languages. In 2016, she was the first Luxembourgish poet to enter the Gallimard Poetry collection. In 2018, she obtained the Goncourt de la Poésie.
