RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Organization and management of residencies, including :
    • logistical, technical and administrative management of artist residencies in the various disciplines concerned: music, dance, theater, literature, visual arts,
    • support and day-to-day assistance for artists settling into their living and working environment,
      o research and structuring of ad hoc networkings for each residency,
    • coordinating the work of various teams: technical, administrative, communications, etc.
    • support for the implementation of mediation actions,
    • preparation and logistical organization of the final performances.
  • This position will be specifically in charge of residencies and all their logistics, but may not be limited to this aspect of cultural programming.

PROFILE : 

  • Bac +2 level in cultural project management or equivalent with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of basic audiovisual tools for technical installation of residencies (sound, lighting, etc.)
  • Excellent command of French and English; command of Luxembourgish is an asset
  • Mastery of contemporary computer technologies
  • Autonomous, yet team-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing institutional and associative partnerships
  • Knowledge of the cultural scene

a housekeeper

    Reporting to the “Front Desk & Box-Office” Team Leader, for the artist reception area.
    The housekeeper will manage the upkeep of accommodation, artists’ studios, communal kitchenettes and various dressing-room areas.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Supervise tidying and cleaning of accommodation, studios and communal living areas.
    • Carry out inventories and maintenance surveys in the various areas.
    • Manage stocks of products, supplies, miscellaneous equipment and linen, then set up and control them.
    • Clean and maintain appliances and equipment in communal kitchenettes (including neimënster staff) and dressing rooms or artists’ areas.
    • Determine needs and organize purchases for artists’ catering and breakfasts according to the various projects.
    • Prepare and set up catering and breakfasts in the various venues.
    • Supervise the operation, tidiness and cleanliness of the laundry room.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
    • Participate in the tidying up and fitting out of various areas according to the needs of the reception department.

    PROFILE : 

    • BTS in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the hotel industry
    • Proficiency in office automation tools
    • Sense of customer service, active listening skills,
    • Team spirit
    • Available and flexible (irregular hours depending on events)
    • Fluency in French and English, any other language considered an asset
