During her studies at the Royal Conservatory in Brussels, Veda constantly broadened her skills, studying classical and jazz guitar, piano and opera singing. Her diverse experiences have enabled her to see her compositions through different prisms. At the same time, her teachers encouraged her to take an interest in other musical genres such as fusion, funk and Indian music. That’s how an idea began to take shape for her: to offer compositions rooted in modern jazz, punctuated by these other musical influences. Veda’s resolutely contemporary jazz is remarkable for its strong feminine sensibility, which is still all too rare in this style of music.
Musicians Julien Cuvelier, Boris Schmidt and Maxime Magotteaux have joined the guitarist in this exploration of new musical experiences and are helping her to further this adventure. 
In 2022 Veda released her first EP, The Butterfly Effect.
The new album Deep Space Adventure will be released on 19 April. The rhythmic compositions are an invitation to travel and discover.
