The Luxembourg duo ENGLBRT aim to rethink the traditional concept of a live concert during this residency. For this, they want to experiment with the boundaries between the analogue and digital, the performer and the audience, the real and the imaginary. By focusing on the instant creation aspect of music thanks to their hybrid live set that allows traditional songwriting just as well as a more experimental sounds, the band wants to work with their team on an innovative scenography by pushing the participatory aspect of a live show. The aim of the residency is to find the appropriate form that goes along with the genredefying music that ENGLBRT proposes.
