What are the Abbey of Neumünster’s business days and hours?
The Abbey of Neumünster Cultural Exchange Center welcomes the public from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
What are the Abbey of Neumünster’s entrance fees?
Access to the Abbey as well as to the expositions is free. Certain events open to the public require an entrance fee.
Are the expositions open at all times?
The expositions are open every day from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Can tickets be purchased on-line?

What should I do in case I have problems with on-line ticket purchasing?
In case of a problem during on-line ticket purchases, please contact our ticketing service at 26 20 52 444 during the Abbey’s business hours.
Can reservations be made over the telephone?
Over the telephone, tickets can only be bought by Visa or MasterCard.
What are the evening cashier’s business hours?
The evening cashier is open 1 hour before the performance starts. Reserved seats which are unclaimed at least 15 minutes before the start of the performance are relisted for sale.
I’m running late, do I still have access to the performance once it has started?
The performance starts exactly at the programmed time, so late spectators may enter the auditorium during an interval (concert) but they cannot claim reserved seating. They will be seated according to seat availability.
Where can information be found about free or accompanied group visits?
The guided tour package is available in German, English, French and Luxembourger. Approximately 1 hour long, the visit can be adapted at your request. Each group consists of a minimum of 10 persons and a maximum of 25 persons.
A first price of 4€ per person includes a guided tour with an experienced tourguide of neimenster
A second price of 6€ per person includes the same services and allows the group, in addition, to meet at the end of the visit around a glass of Luxembourgish wine or fruit juice.
Free for children under 12.
It should be noted that certain spaces may not be accessible due to private events.

Can one eat at the Abbey?
Where is parking available?
The Abbey’s parking lot is a private parking lot.
On the street in the Grund quarter you can find three small metered parking lots.
It is nonetheless recommended to use the upper city parking lots or the «Brasserie» of the Rives de Clausen parking lot.
From the « Saint-Esprit » parking lot – the first parking lot in the city center after the Vieux Pont (Viaduc) – a public lift gives access to the Grund quarter. When leaving the lift, go straight, past the small bridge, then go left towards the Saint-Jean church – rue Münster – neimenster is located at the end of the street.
From the Rives de Clausen «Brasserie» parking lot, go up the rue de laTour Jacob to the stairway of the Wenzel pathway which descends towards the Abbey of Neumünster.
Is the Neumünster Abbey accessible to disabled persons?
The Abbey of Neumünster holds the Eurewelcome label and close attention is paid to the accessiblity of the site for disabled customers or visitors.
