Dom Martin

EN: 29 year old Dom Martin is a Belfast born singer/songwriter, inspired but not constrained by the Blues. He has burst onto the music scene over the past 18 months, with a unique guitar style and voice, captivating the audience at every venue. Dom's main musical influences are Rory Gallagher, Tom Waits, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, Howlin Wolf and Muddy Waters.
Dom has performed on three BBC Radio live sessions, with presenter Cerys Matthews describing his work as "absolutely wonderful stuff." He released his debut album "Spain to Italy" towards the end of 2019. It became an IBBA "Pick of the Month" and gained airplay on around 100 stations globally.
On the completion of his debut sell out "Spring '19 UK Tour", Blues in Britain Magazine said - ´Now and again you stumble across a rare talent of such sheer genius that you actually wonder whether what you have witnessed can possibly be for real. Dom Martin is one such talent´.
As Dom's touring itinerary continues to expand, this unassuming young musician is becoming recognised as another fine product of the famous Belfast music factory responsible for Sir Van Morrison, Gary Moore, Paul Brady, Brian Kennedy, Snow Patrol and Foy Vance.
