Anouk Wagener

Anouk Wagener, born in 1988 in Luxembourg, studied acting at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna from 2008 to 2012.

From 2013 to 2015, she was a member of the ensemble at the Theater und Orchester Heidelberg. This was followed by guest appearances at theaters in Luxembourg (Théâtre National, Théâtre du Centaure, Théâtres de la Ville, Kasemattentheater, Philharmonie du Luxembourg) as well as at theater festivals in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany (Ruhrfestspiele Recklinghausen). She has appeared in productions directed by Jens Bluhm, Josua Rösing, Klaus Gehre, Lee Beagley, Anne Simon, Frank Hoffmann, Frank Feitler, Thierry Mousset, Claire Wagener, Jacques Schiltz, and Myriam Muller, and has also acted in films directed by Pol Cruchten, Eric Rochant, Anders Morgenthaler, Max Jacoby, Markus Dietrich, Ruth Olshan, and Luc Feit.

From 2020 to 2022, Anouk Wagener was a permanent member of the acting ensemble at the Staatstheater Cottbus, where she worked with Daniele Abbado, Armin Petras, and Antonio Latella.

During her residency at neimënster, she is revising the theater adaptation for the revival of « Ich, Ännie » by Thomas Melle in collaboration with director Jens Bluhm.
