Often described as “atypical” because of its instrumentation and its willingness to walk on the border of musical styles, the Ytré ensemble humorously describes itself as a “jazz quartet”. Between gypsy groove, jazz and classical arrangements, Ytré frees itself from many clichés, because here the musical intention prevails. The great jazz accordionist Marcel Loeffler is a natural guest and is integrated into Ytré’s eclectic universe. The ensemble offers us magnetic and warm music.
