EN: 1990. A delegation arrives in Albania to check on the democratic reforms. Political prisoner Leo is secretly taken to Tirana forced to testify in favour of local authorities to convince the diplomats that everything is fine. Nothing goes as planned. A powerful picture with a pinch of irony and black humour, offering an insight into the socio-political reality of a country on the brink of change.

FR: 1990. Une délégation diplomatique arrive en Albanie pour enquêter sur les réformes démocratiques. Leo, un prisonnier politique, est secrètement emmené dans la capitale et contraint à témoigner en faveur des autorités. Pourtant, rien ne se passe comme prévu et les masques finissent par tomber.
