FR CinEast, le Festival du film d’Europe centrale et orientale au Luxembourg, qui s’efforce de proposer le meilleur du cinéma contemporain de 19 pays de l’ancien bloc communiste, vous donne rendez-vous pour sa 11e édition qui mettra à l’honneur la Lettonie et aura pour thème les Identités. Le festival présentera une centaine de projections ainsi qu’une riche palette d’événements, tels que concerts, débats et événements gastronomiques. Comme de coutume, un nombre important de ces festivités aura lieu à neimënster où le public pourra découvrir une vaste sélection de films, de documentaires et courts métrages, de dessins animés. Les festivaliers auront également l’occasion de profiter d’une exposition photographique consacrée au thème de cette 11e édition, d’un Apéro Jazz estampillé CinEast et d’une soirée gastronomique à la Brasserie.

EN CinEast once again promises a rich and varied selection of the most interesting films from 19 countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The 11th edition, with a special focus on Latvia, will feature around 100 screenings (at the Abbey and elsewhere), as well as a rich palette of side-events, including concerts, a kids show, debates, a culinary event as well as a photographic exhibtion with this year‘s theme: Identities.
